The highest point is 83 inches high. The length is 7 feet and the width at the widest point is 4 feet.
The pulleys are made of plastic. Not sure of the gauge of metal in the frame but it is pretty sound. The only issue I have had after over a year of daily use by 3 family members is the plastic coating starts to come off the cables and one of the pully bushings has worn out. Other than that it has performed very well for out needs.
UPS driver lifts the pallet with the boxes of your gym equipment with a pallet handling trolley,
and rolls it onto the platform lift at the rear of the truck and lowers it all to the ground.
The components are all in packages of manageable weight. My little wife managed to carried all the boxes inside.
